Dainty Bess is run by Jane Ferreira-Eedes and concentrates on a single wine: Vintage Rosé MCC made from 100% Pinot Noir. The project originally started in 2009 when Jane’s parents made a bubbly from a small vineyard planted at Klein Optenhorst in Wellington. Jane has since changed the name to Dainty Bess, one of her mother’s favourite rose types.
