Jane and Chris will guide us through each of their wines, accompanied by three excellent courses created by George Jardine and his team. You will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout. The wines will be available to order for delivery on the day.
Dainty Bess is one of the premier rosé MCCs currently being produced in South Africa. It is 100% Pinot Noir, bone dry, and complex, fine and intense.
The Foundry is now the full-time occupation of ex-Meerlust cellar master, Chris Williams. He has concentrated on Rhone varieties in the past (winning Platter 5 stars along the way). He has recently moved his cellar on to the Voor-Paardeberg and exciting things are in the pipeline.
