100% Pinot Noir. A blend of two vineyards – one in Elgin and the other in Elandskloof. Fermented wholebunch for 10 days with a daily punchdown. 22 more days on skins and stalks for post-ferment maceration and then pressed into 4000L foudre for elevage. Bottled after 12 months.
Typical Stompie Pinot Noir; bright, full of life, crunchy tannin, with freshness and a sense of fun.
