Jocelyn Wilson (Hogan Wines) destemmed the grapes, fermented them naturally with gentle extraction and matured the resulting wine in old oak for 16 months.
Selected by David and Jeannette Clarke, this wine is super fresh and crunchy. It has a supple palate with loads of red fruits and exotic spice. Dry, delicious modern South African medium-bodied red wine.
