Normal service resumed! After the fuller, richer 2020 we are back to the leaner style of previous vintages. We still continue to have some skin contact on the Sauvignon and Viognier portions.
All components spent 11 months in French oak (majority old).
The blend is 66% Chenin Blanc, 17% Viognier, 17% Blanc Fumé (Sauvignon Blanc).
Notes of orange blossom and apriocot on the nose, with white peach and green melon on the palate. Savoury palate, with some nice weight, and a citrus-salt finish.
