Rebellie 2021 is 100% Grenache Noir, a blend of 2 vineyards from the Botriver region (WO: BOTRIVIER).
40% Whole bunch, naturally fermented with very light extraction throughout the fermentation process.
Wine was aged for 11 months in 3rd and 4th fill French oak barrels.

“More assertive in terms of both aroma and flavour than previous vintages and that much the better for it. red berries (cherry and currant) along with rose, fynbos and white pepper on the nose while the palate has pure fruit, zippy acidity and nice grippy tannins. A vital wine with good structure.
