45% Cabernet Sauvignon /42% Petit Verdot/13% cinsault
Cabernet Sauvignon from Vuurberg and also some Helderberg in this vintage. Petit Verdot from Vuurberg and Bottelary Hills. Cinsault from Swartland.
All vineyards on either clay or granite soils. Everything except the cinsault spends at least 3 weeks on the skins. Cinsault was aged in concrete. The rest spent 20 months in seasoned 225l French oak. Bottled unfined and very roughly filtered with no fining etc.
