The first Myburgh to farm at Joostenberg was Philipus Albertus Myburgh and 5-generations later the Myburgh name is still tilling the soil and acting as custodians of this little patch of earth.
This is a classic style Cabernet Sauvignon, made to be a bold but easy drinking wine.

Tyrrel & Anette Myburgh Tyrrel and Anette are the 5th generation of Myburghs on the Joostenberg farm in Paarl. They strongly believe in the fundamental importance of origin. This manifests itself in the vineyards by farming organically and often without irrigation. The winemaking philosophy avoids obtrusion as much as they deem is possible without compromising quality.
