The 2025 ‘Chi’ sees the inclusion of a third vineyard of Riesling from Elgin.

The ‘Om’ 2022 according to Jessica:
“Red berries, fresh hibiscus, fruit-coated, velvety tannin, crisp acidity, medium-bodied. I love this wine, as it has depth and intensity beyond the initial fruit and is poised and oh so age-worthy too!”
The ‘Om’ 2023 according to Jessica:
“The wine is red fruited with lots of red berries, spices and some “fynbos” (wild herb character), fruit-coated and fine tannin and a crisp acidity. I love this wine, as it has depth and intensity beyond theinitial fruit and holds great aging potential. With time more savoury umami characters charm the drinker. A vintage to stock up on!”
