Join David Clarke for a focused look at one of France’s most vibrant wine regions. This evening offers a deep dive into the elegance and complexity of Cru Beaujolais, shifting the spotlight away from “Nouveau” and toward the serious, age-worthy prestige of the Crus. Beaujolais is Burgundy’s southern neighbour, known for being as powerful as Burgundy but much more focused and terroir driven.
We will focus on the volcanic slopes of Côte-de-Brouilly and the high-altitude finesse of Chiroubles. It is a chance to taste seven distinct expressions from the 2022 vintage side-by-side, showing the remarkable depth and variety of the Gamay grape.
