The second seminar of the day will concentrate on the quintessential South African variety: Chenin Blanc. Moderated by wine journalist, judge (and Chenin fanatic) Christian Eedes, editor of winemag.co.za.

When wine lovers around the world think of South Africa, they think of Chenin Blanc. It has been here for 400 years and is the most important variety by area and by production in the country.
