We are delighted to see 10 Ex Animo producers represented in the 2026 report, with 21 wines receiving 95+ points.

This mixed case brings together six Ex Animo producers and a brilliant range of South African varieties and regions. From old-vine Chenin Blanc and Semillon to Pinotage, Cabernet Franc, Cinsaut and Syrah, it shows just how much character and variety exists at the top end of South African wine.
