Grenache from the farm. Only 3 days on skins, then aged under a natural layer of flor for 8 months. 0.09g/L RS; bone dry. Remarkable.
“From own vineyards, one south- and the other north-facing. Matured for 11 months in barrel, a light flor developing during the process. A shy nose with faint notes of cherry, plum and earth.
