A serious Rosé from the single, organically-farmed Grenaatfontein vineyard (26-year-old Bush Vines, Weathered Granite). Made with care: 100% whole-cluster pressed with very slow, gentle extraction, limiting recovery to just 55% of the free-run juice. Fermented naturally and aged 8 months on the lees in neutral French oak. This is a textured, complex Rosé, bottled unfined and unfiltered with low SO2.
