A vibrant, zero-dosage sparkling wine made from 54% Pinot Noir and 46% Chardonnay.
Chardonnay is grown in limestone-rich soils near Robertson, while Pinot Noir comes from the slopes of Stellenbosch, bringing elegance and structure to the blend. Hand-harvested and bottle-fermented, the wine is matured on the lees before disgorgement with no added sugar, resulting in a beautifully pure and expressive style. Carla uses 25% reserve wine for consistency.
Notes of fresh rose and lavender lead to notes of green apple and strawberry, with a hint of clove and a crisp, refined finish. Bone dry, refreshing and effortlessly sophisticated, it is perfect as an aperitif and a true celebration of place.
