These T&Cs govern the conduct of the Raffle for Rosie, which includes over 15 separate lots of prizes. By purchasing a ticket, the entrant agrees to these terms.
Eligibility & Entry
Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years or older. Employees/volunteers directly involved in the Draw management are excluded.
Purchase Price: The Ticket prices are as follows (in South African Rand – R):
1 Ticket: R250
3 Tickets: R600
10 Tickets: R1500
Tickets: There is no limit to the number of Tickets an Entrant may purchase. Each Ticket represents one entry.
Sales Close: Ticket sales close at 23:59:59 (Midnight) on 30th December. All sales are final and non-refundable, except if the Raffle is cancelled.
No coupons will be accepted for the tickets.
The Draw & Prize Limit
Draw Details: The Draw will be held live via Instagram on December 31st. Winners will be selected randomly from all valid Ticket numbers. The Draw will not be subject to external audit, relying on the public nature of the live event.
Single Prize Restriction: Each Entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Prize only, regardless of the number of Tickets purchased.
Redraw Procedure: If a winner’s Ticket is drawn again for a subsequent Prize, that Entrant is disqualified from the second draw, and a redraw will immediately take place to find a new, unique winner for that Prize.
Claiming the Prize
Notification: Winners will be notified within 5Â business days via the contact details provided.
Delivery: Prizes will be delivered to winners in the New Year. Delivery logistics and addresses will be confirmed with the winner as per your delivery address provided.
General Conditions
Final Decision: The Promoter’s decision on all matters is final.
Compliance: Entrants are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws.
Disclaimer: The Promoter reserves the right to amend these T&Cs or cancel the Raffle due to unforeseen circumstances. Tax liability is the responsibility of the winner.
