WO Coastal Region

60% Chenin blanc, 28% Grenache Blanc, 7% Chardonnay, 5% Roussanne

Granitas is an intentional blend that embodies the Cape White Blend style, a growing class of wine where Chenin Blanc takes the leading role (60%) alongside two or more other white varieties.

This wine is an ode to the Granite soils of the Cape. The 2025 vintage features four varieties, including a new addition of Chardonnay for added tension and crystalline focus. The wine is fermented and aged in a mix of barrel, foudre, and stainless steel, spending 8 months on its fine lees for texture and elegance. Characterised by stone fruit and saline notes, accented by hints white florals.

As with all wines from Pieter Ferreira, the hallmark is impeccable fruit with long lees aging this Blanc de Blancs is no exception, precision winemaking and extra fine bubbles.

This is a clean and focused Cap Classique built on diverse terroir (Cape Agulhas, Darling, Robertson). Whole-bunch pressed and partially oak-fermented, this wine delivers an enchanting luminous colour and extremely fine bubbles. The palate is built on a chalky backbone with layers of lime pith, citrus peel, and green almonds, finishing on a comforting brioche note.

Sourced 30% from Cape Agulhas, 30% from Darling, 22% from Robertson and 18% from Napier, a small portion was fermented in oak. The nose shows a touch of flinty reduction before pear, peach, apple and citrus, with a subtle yeasty undertone. The palate is impeccably pure and driven, finishing dry and pithy. This 100% Chardonnay Cap Classique is a delicate, fresh, and precise wine. Light bodied, the palate is mineral and fine, with notes of citrus and fruit blossom.

It's a perfect aperitif sparkling, you cannot go wrong. Fine bubbles, with a lively acidity that balances the fruit flavours.

The grapes are handpicked at 19∘B to ensure a balance of elegant fruit and high natural acidity. She employs whole bunch pressing to guarantee quality juice. The wine is then given extensive maturation time, resting for 42 months on the yeast lees before disgorgement, a commitment to complexity and finesse.

The best Syrah vines on Joostenberg are planted in the rockiest soils hence the name "Klippe Kou", which translated from Afrikaans means "chewing rocks" (literally) or “enduring hardship” (figuratively). Although the vines struggle in the first few years after planting, once the roots are well established these rocky soils produce intensely flavoured grapes and characterful wine.

Grapes were hand-picked, 70% were destemmed and the remainder left as whole-clusters. Natural fermentation occurred in small, open-topped fermenters. Maturation took place in concrete egg (37%) and old oak barrels (63%) for 10 months before bottling.

This Old Vine Chenin Blanc is sourced from the South-western part of Paarl. The hand-picking of the grapes was staggered to capture the natural acidity of the fruit and a riper flavour profile.

The hand-harvested grapes were picked and pressed during the cool morning hours. After a short overnight settling, the juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks and spontaneous fermentation occurred. After fermentation, the wine was kept on the lees for a further 5 months. Resulting in a wine that the Myburgh brothers hope are pure and honest.

Chenin Blanc

The Mielie Chenin 2025 is a vibrant Swartland blend, designed to be drunk and enjoyed immediately. Sourced from dryland, organically farmed Chenin Blanc (1972/2001 old vines) and a touch of Macabeo, from granitic and sandstone soils, the wine is tight, clean, and possesses fantastic aromatics with notable salty and creamy green elements. The extremely cool 2025 growing season yielded a wine of excellent balance and high natural acidity. It was aged 11 months on gross lees, predominantly in stainless steel with the balance in foudre, ensuring purity and texture.

Grenache Noir

The Mielie Grenache 2025 is a landmark bottling: the first vintage exclusively from the farm's own young-vine Grenache (planted 2018), and it is already over-delivering on quality, fast becoming a cult classic. The wine achieves exactly what was intended—a pure, fruit-driven expression described as "Beaujolais-esque." Sourced from dryland, organically farmed bush vines rooted in decomposed shale and sandstone, the 2025 vintage was exceptional. Defined by a record wet winter and an extremely cool growing season, the grapes yielded pure fruit with high natural acidity.

A fresh, vibrant, medium-bodied wine with bright raspberry and blackberry notes, a spicy character, and gentle earthy undertones. Grown on 25-year-old bush vines (Malmesbury shale/clay soils) and matured in stainless steel and Foudre.

An elegant, medium-bodied Swartland Syrah featuring rich dark fruit, pepper, and spice notes, balanced by gentle earthiness, bright acidity, and refined tannins. Sourced from 20-25-year-old dryland vines and matured in older 500L French oak barrels.

WO Stellenbosch

100% Pinotage

Atlantikas 2025 is an expression of maritime Pinotage, sourced from three bushvine vineyards located on the same band in False Bay. These sites are within 5km of the Southern Atlantic Ocean, exposing the vines to coastal influence.

This wine champions a brighter, lighter Pinotage. To achieve this style, Bernhard uses a Blanc de Noir pressing techniques on a portion of the wine to dramatically reduce skin-to-juice contact. The wine is then aged for nine months on its fine lees in a combination of concrete and stainless steel vessels. This careful handling, coupled with the slower, maritime-influenced ripening, results in a refined and intensely juicy, cherry-driven profile.
