This is the 4th vintage of our Pinotage. The idea of this wine is to make a delicious, dry Pinotage that is priced reasonably, and that shows off the more fragrant, graceful and refined characteristics of this much maligned grape variety. We have a new source for the grapes – we are now using the organically farmed fruit by Scholtz Rossouw on the Langkloof farm in the Paardeberg, and the wine is beautifully made by Jurgen Gouws of Intellego (who has done another amazing job this year). Made from organicallyfarmed fruit, with a little bit of sulphur, drawing a clear and unobtrusive line between farm and glass. We truly hope you enjoy.
