Saltare Brut Rosé 2024 is a Cap Classique made from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from a single vineyard between Bonnievale and Swellendam in the Breede River Valley. Hand-harvested in the cool of the morning and crafted with a gentle touch, it spends extended time on the lees before disgorgement in March 2025, giving the wine its fine texture and layered character.
Pale pink in the glass, it opens with notes of raspberry, redcurrant, and cherry, alongside a hint of pomegranate and fresh red apple. The mousse is fine and lively, leading to a crisp, dry palate with touches of strawberry, almond, and a soft brioche finish. Playful yet sincere, it’s a beautifully balanced bubbly, fresh, expressive, and effortlessly joyful.
