Pieter Ferreira ‘Birdsong Rosé’ 2022 is a Cap Classique made entirely from Pinot Noir, with 50 months on the lees bringing texture and complexity while preserving purity of fruit.
Turkish delight, cranberry and raspberry meet a gentle hint of spice. The palate is light and precise, with fine bubbles and bright acidity carrying the fruit through to a dry finish. Finesse runs throughout, making this an excellent partner for oysters, seafood or a plate of smoked salmon.
