The wine features a salmon pink colour, aromas of red fruit, and flavors of peach, brioche, and berries, with a vibrant acidity, fine bubbles and a lingering finish.
It ages on lees for five years, followed by remuage, disgorgement, and further 6 months of bottle aging. A beautiful wine.
