100% Organic Chenin Blanc
Previously known as Born of Fire, Sophie’s Chenin Blanc comes from dry-farmed Swartland bush vines planted in 1986. The 2025 was picked earlier for greater freshness and matured in older barrels and foudre, adding texture without obvious oak flavour. Bright and generous, with yellow fruit, floral notes and a distinctly salty finish.
