A six-bottle introduction to Pierre Gimonnet & Fils, the family-run Champagne grower based in Cuis in the Côte des Blancs.
The family works 29.4 hectares across Cuis, Cramant, Chouilly, Oger and Vertus, using only grapes from its own vineyards. Chardonnay accounts for almost the entire range, with wines known for freshness, fine acidity and a distinctive chalky character.
Since 1982, Gimonnet has stored its reserve wines in bottles on fine lees rather than in tanks or barrels. These reserves allow the family to blend across multiple harvests while retaining freshness and adding depth.
Includes:
- 2 × ‘Cuis 1er Cru Brut Blanc de Blancs’ Chardonnay NV
- 2 × ‘Brut Extra 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs’ Chardonnay NV
- 1 × ‘Rosé de Blancs 1er Cru Brut’ Chardonnay / Pinot Noir NV
- 1 × ‘Oger Grand Cru Brut Blanc de Blancs’ Chardonnay NV
From the fresh, chalky character of Cuis to the broader structure of Oger Grand Cru, with a drier Extra Brut and Chardonnay-led rosé in between.
