Led by brothers Didier and Olivier Gimonnet, the domaine specialises in Chardonnay from Cuis and the neighbouring grand cru villages of Cramant, Chouilly and Oger. Old vines and an extensive collection of reserve wines are central to the fresh, precise and chalky style of the Champagnes.
