A drier interpretation of the estate’s classic non-vintage Blanc de Blancs. It is based on the same multi-vintage Cuis blend but spends longer ageing on its lees and receives a lower dosage.
Lean, energetic and precise, with lemon, crisp orchard fruit and a firm mineral line. The extra ageing gives the wine enough texture to balance its brisk, dry finish.

Pierre Gimonnet & Fils is a family-run grower Champagne estate based in Cuis in the Côte des Blancs. Led by brothers Didier and Olivier Gimonnet, the domaine specialises in Chardonnay from Cuis and the neighbouring grand cru villages of Cramant, Chouilly and Oger. Old vines and an extensive collection of reserve wines are central to the fresh, precise and chalky style of the Champagnes.
