Join us for a relaxed, hands-on introduction to South African wine. Over the course of the morning you’ll taste seven carefully selected wines, including five from the Ex Animo portfolio and two comparison wines from other South African producers. Tasting them side by side is a great way to understand how different producers and winemaking styles influence what’s in your glass.
We’ll cover the fundamentals of wine tasting, introduce you to South Africa’s most important grape varieties, and show you how to identify aromas, flavours and structure. By the end of the course, you’ll have a practical framework for tasting wine and the confidence to choose bottles you’ll genuinely enjoy.
